STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!

​ If cancelled/rescheduled in less than 24 hours before the time of appointment or in case of no-show, the order will not be refunded.

Your appointments are very important to Wellness Lounge team, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations/rescheduling.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel/reschedule your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a full price will be charged.

LATE ARRIVAL? WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO DO YOUR TREATMENT.

Arrival more than a few minutes late for your appointment means we cannot spend the time we need to give you a proper service, we will do our utmost to accommodate Clients but we may not be able to do your treatment.

How long’s a few minutes? For a 15 minute appointment (e.g. Spray tan or shellac removal), a couple of minutes is ok, but 10 minutes it’s not really feasible to complete the appointment.  For longer treatments we have a little more flexibility, but not much.

We know these policies may be frustrating for Clients who have to cancel at short notice for genuine reasons or who arrive late through no fault of their own, but we also have a duty to our other Clients to keep to their appointment times.

Our Therapists run busy columns and a late cancellation or no show for an appointment means someone on the waiting list misses out.

BEAUTY SALON GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY

• Please present Gift certificates at time of purchase. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and are not refundable. Wellness Lounge Beauty Salon gift card cannot be redeemed for gratuities or to purchase another gift certificate. If an order exceeds the amount of the recipient’s gift certificate, the difference must be paid with a credit card or other accepted payment method. Wellness Lounge Beauty Salon is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged certificates or any unauthorized use.

• The responsibility of using the Gift certificates prior to expiry lies with the recipient of the Gift certificates.  No pre-expiry reminders will be sent from Wellness Lounge Beauty Salon. The remaining balance after the expiry date will be cancelled.

• When you use Wellness Lounge Beauty Salon Gift certificates, the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on the certificates. Change will not be given.
